Our monthly magazine, established in the market since 1993, is already essential reading for caterers, chefs and managers within the public sector, health and education, and across all areas of contract catering.

We cover all aspects of foodservice, be they in-house or run by contract caterers. This encompasses NHS and private hospitals, nursing homes, school meals (state and independent schools), government departments, meals on wheels and welfare, prison catering, police, fire and MoD, as well as on-board travel catering.
