Hospitality Action - Charity Cook-off

8th September 2010, Waterstone’s, Piccadilly

Be entertained at this charity cook-off in aid of Hospitality Action.

The event will be hosted by Elior, at its new demonstration kitchen at Waterstone’s, Piccadilly with guests invited to round off the afternoon’s entertainment by mingling over a glass of bubbly at an exclusive reception in the impressive 5th View Bar and Restaurant.

Paul Gayler - A Master Class with Cheese

Paul will be accompanied by his specialist cheese supplier Simon, who will give a short thought provoking and insightful look into cheese courses and boards. Attendees will taste and comment on styles and combinations. Paul will demonstrate a number of dishes and cook with this ingredient that is so versatile and has so many varieties and flavours.
