

A Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate Award is a formal recognition of a young working chef’s excellence. Prestigious for the chef, the award is also a credit to their mentor and employer. All working chefs aged 23 years or under on September 9th 2010 can enter this free nationwide challenge.

The best British Turkey products on the market – retail and catering, will be sought throughout the UK.
Awards will be given to products which the independent panel of five judges feel demonstrate the best in taste, quality and innovation in each category.
