

The Young Chef Young Waiter Competition is now in its 26th year and wishes to encourage entries from those who are passionate about food and its service!
Young Chef Young Waiter is a national competition for the hospitality industry's stars of tomorrow. Chefs and Waiters who wish to compete must be aged 25 or under (up until 31 December 2010). All entrants must also be in full time employment within the UK to enter the competition.

A Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate Award is a formal recognition of a young working chef’s excellence. Prestigious for the chef, the award is also a credit to their mentor and employer. All working chefs aged 23 years or under on September 9th 2010 can enter this free nationwide challenge.

The closing date for entries to National Chef of the Year 2010 is Friday 16th July 2010.
The National Chef of the Year competition,run by the Craft Guild of Chefs, acknowledges and rewards the crème de la crème of today’s chef talent and is one of the UK’s most respected culinary challenges.

Pritchitts has launched a Regional Recipes competition that calls for chefs nationwide to submit their finest regional recipes using any of the company’s products in a bid to win a range of fabulous prizes.
To enter the competition, chefs need simply to submit their best regional recipe online at www.regional-recipes.co.uk no later than July 31 2010.
