Hotel UK is the UK hotel industry’s premier business forum and is fully focused on the
total supply chain requirements of Purchasing Executives who procure for Hotels and Hospitality groups. Unlike an exhibition, the event provides a personal, uninterrupted
service enabling Buyers and Suppliers to hold personalised appointment schedules, network
and socialise with fellow industry delegates in a relaxed environment. This allows closer
contacts to be made between buyers and suppliers and really ensures that delegates get the very most out of this fantastic opportunity.

This course run by Dr John Simmons of Acheta and hosted by SOFHT will provide the information and advice necessary to implement and manage a pest control contract successfully. It is designed for those associated with managing pest control contracts or auditing systems.

The venue will be transformed into a fun-filled arena where competitors will do battle with foam, inflatables and industry rivals to win the coveted title of IAKO champions – Liverpool.
The event will involve teams going head to head to raise valuable funds for the hospitality industry's benevolent organisation, Hospitality Action.

The Society will be holding another Mock Trial at which an actual case will be used to provide delegates with a chance to watch, learn, and at the end, to give their own verdict on the outcome. By holding Mock Trials, SOFHT is providing you with an opportunity to see at first-hand how the process works and how Barristers can question representatives from both sides.

Led by Peter Backman recognised by many as the foodservice expert, The Key Club is a proven approach that offers an intensive half day learning workshop – with limited numbers of delegates – packed full of information and insight. Over 600 delegates from almost 200 companies have attended previous Key Club events.
