The Ball is Hospitality Action’s fundraising extravaganza of the year. Guests from across the hospitality industry will unite to raise vital funds for the charity. The money raised will go directly towards helping hospitality workers suffering from terminal illness, isolation, poverty and bereavement.

Celebrate Apple Day - FREE Apple Preserving Masterclass

21st October 2010, Fortnum & Mason, First Floor Demonstration Kitchen, 2.00pm

To celebrate the British apple harvest, Fortnum & Mason invites the public to a Masterclass with Clippy (aka Michelle McKenna), founder of Clippy’s Apples. In time for Halloween, Clippy will teach the secrets behind making Toffee Apple Jam.
