When Jamie Oliver brought the school meals service to the forefront of the obesity debate, the issues surrounding the way we feed our children were suddenly catapulted into the media spotlight. 


With this in mind, the LACA Nutrient Summit, held in London on the 25th March 2009, took hold of this topical debate and explored it in the presence of government ministers, parent groups, school meal suppliers and most importantly school meal caterers.
