The contract will include the supply of frozen, ambient and chilled products, as well as catering equipment.
Tony Ball, director of sales 3663 Cost Sector and Swithenbank Foods, said: "This win is a real achievement for 3663 and demonstrates our strength in account and relationship management at corporate level. We were awarded the contract based on our sustainability credentials, our ability to reduce supply chain costs and our continued focus on other cost efficiencies across Elior's business."
Homa Finnie, purchasing director for Elior added: "I am delighted that we have been able to re-award our distribution contract to 3663, after a very detailed review of the market.
"The appropriate distribution channel is a very important area of Elior's supply chain requirements and a strategic long term approach with the right partner is essential to deliver us the efficiencies and service levels we expect to achieve both now and in the future. We have a big agenda which should be mutually beneficial to both organisations."
