

The session will take place on 12 February from 9.45am to 2.30pm and will be held at Todiwala's Café Spice Namaste in London.
Mike Berthet, director of M&J Seafood, will kick off with a brief on the current crisis surrounding seafood and their top Blockman will explain how to cut the fish professionally.
Finally, Emily Howgate and Hannah Arcaro from Good Catch will inform attendees on the background of sustainability and will present a Top Tips session.
In addition, Todiwala will be demonstrating how to design imaginative Indian and Pan-Asian menus around the use of seafood.
Tickets for the masterclass will cost £85 plus VAT and will include a three course lunch.
