Allied Irish Bank sponsors Hospitality Action

Industry body Hospitality Action has confirmed that Allied Irish Bank (AIB) is sponsoring its fundraising event at Paul Heathcote’s new Grado restaurant in Manchester on 16 June.

Hospitality Action's northern board and AIB's Manchester hotel's team will be hosting of the industry's hoteliers, restaurateurs and suppliers for an evening of Spanish food and entertainment.

 

There will also be a charity raffle and the money raised will help some of the vulnerable people who are working within the industry, whether they are suffering from life changing illnesses or experiencing poverty or domestic violence.

 

Paul Dermody, chairman of Hospitality Action's northern board, explained: "We are delighted to have support of AIB for this event, it will allow the charity to continue its role as an invaluable lifeline for any of the two million plus hospitality industry employees who are faced with hard times."
