BHA to release survey at BAFTA lunch

26th February 2008, 4:28pm

The British Hospitality Association will be releasing the findings of its industry survey during a lunch at the home of the British Academy of Film and Arts (BAFTA) in London.

The 19th BHA Food and Service Management Industry Survey coincides with the BHA's centenary year.

Held on the 4th March 2008, the conference and centenary celebration will begin at 9.00am. The survey will be released in the morning and a panel of industry experts will be on hand to answer any questions.

The BHA explained why the report is so important to the hospitality industry: "Now in its 19th year this report has become a benchmark for the foodservice industry and known as the most accurate and comprehensive source of comment and statistical information."

The rest of the morning's conference will continue with topical and informative subjects including:
  • Food and Farming
  • Renewable Energy
  • Retail Influence in Foodservice
  • Worldwide Trends in Foodservice
The afternoon will start with a drinks reception with plenty of opportunity for networking before sitting down to a three course lunch, where guest speaker Martin Bayfield will touch on the colourful history of foodservice.

A booking form is available below, due to the size of the venue we have limited space available and so places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
