BRITISH TEAM FLIES THE BBQ FLAG

The Best of British BBQ team is flying the national flag at key events covering three continents this summer. hey are flying to Moscow in mid June for the European BBQ Championships, then its off to Canada in early July for the Canadian NationalChampionships and that month it’s back to the UK for the 10th anniversary of Skills for Chefs. The team, cooking up innovative recipes on the tour, is led by captain Mathew Shropshall, of the Royal Oak, King’s Bromley, Staffs; with Gary Barnshaw, of Heinz Foodservices; Ben Bartlett, of Marstons; and Viv Harvey, Meat & Livestock Commission ambassador
