Blend, emulsify and whisk with the Robot Coupe Mini Stick Blenders

15th April 2008, 3:27pm

Chefs can now be more versatile and achieve better results with the new optional whisk attachment available for the MMP 170 and MMP 220 Mini Stick Blender models. The MMP Combi Models offer three functions for the price of one - with all three attachments they can now blend, emulsify and whisk.

The blender attachment is ideal for pancake batter, mayonnaise, chocolate and mousses. Use the whisk for soufflés, meringues, cakes, whipped cream and custards.

The emulsifying disc is perfect for finely frothed sauces.

These models now provide more versatility, superior handling and better control for small batches. While the removable blade, whisk and foot add hygiene benefits and easier cleaning. Contact Robot Coupe to arrange a demonstration of the new Mini Stick Blender models, along with other machines in Robot Coupe's extensive range.
