Demonstrations will be performed by caterers from the NHS and from Care catering. With the help of the Hospital Caterers Association and the National Association of Care Caterers the last day of Hotelympia 2010 will be dedicated to the care sector, showcasing the skills that are required to deliver food that differs dramatically on a daily basis.
