Anyone who has attended the Combined Services Culinary Challenge will have no doubts that the skills incumbent in our Armed Forces catering corps are unsurpassed across the industry. But to prove it to the whole industry a team from across the forces will conduct a series of demonstrations during the day covering fine dining through to ration packs.
