Caterer Elior appoints new managing director for Concessions

Elior UK has appointed Nelson Williams, former operations director at Searcy of London as managing director of Concessions.

Williams has previously worked at Moving Venue Caterers and at Payne & Gunter, heading up contracts such as Henley Regatta, Goodwood and Twickenham.  

Michael Audis, chief executive officer of Elior UK, commented:  "Nelson is a career-long specialist, predominantly in heritage and venues service and we're delighted to welcome him to Elior UK.  His brief is to maintain and grow existing client relationships, enhance the retail side of the business and to develop new business in the heritage and stadia sectors."
