The butty, created by Dave Wastell, executive chef of London's Flying Chef, features fresh fish fillets, a soft white bap with rustic salt and vinegar chips, mushy pea puree and a splash of ketchup.
The 'Fish and Chip Butty' will be included on London's Flying Chef menus and is available as part of working lunch package from next month.
Lee Skinner, managing director of London's Flying Chef, said: "At London's Flying Chef we use only the freshest ingredients to make our breads and fillings which are perfect for breakfast meetings, working lunches and picnics. With fish and chips being a quintessentially English dish it is the ideal sandwich filling for us to celebrate British Sandwich Week."
