Catering Academy wins Rochdale Sixth Form College

Contract catering company Catering Academy has secured a new contract with Rochdale Sixth Form College.

The new college, which opens this month, contracted the Catering Academy to fulfil the complete catering and hospitality requirements for their new state-of-the-art facility.

The college boasts an "ultra-modern" restaurant and Starbucks coffee bar as well as a brand new locally sourced menu using fair-trade coffee, fresh baked goods and One Water (proceeds of which go to an African water project installing fresh water wells for the people of Lesotho).

The entire site's additional vending and hospitality faculties will also be managed and run by Team Academy.

Catering Academy's founder director, Kevin Cannon said: "We found an instant correlation to what Rochdale were trying to achieve. Their drive to create a culture based upon excellence aligned naturally with Catering Academy's commitment to sustaining a service that is second to none."
