Celebrate with the rising stars of YCYW

Guests can now book their place to applaud the winners of this year's Young Chef Young Waiter Competition.

Seats can be secured by contacting Camilla Woods or Marsha Phillips at the British Hospitality Association on 020 7404 7744 or by emailing Camilla.woods@bha.org.uk or marsha.phillips@bha.org.uk.

Individual places are available for £125 plus VAT and tables of ten for £1150 plus VAT.

The lucky winners will be announced on 30 September at the Jumeriah Carlton Tower, Cadogan Place.

The evening will commence with a Champagne Besserat de Bellefon Reception followed by a Gala Dinner prepared by Simon Young, the executive chef at The Carlton Tower and the Craft Guild of Chefs Banquet Chef of the Year 2007-2008.
