The contract is to provide meals for Dune's 130 employees at its head office site off the Edgware Road in London NW8.
A spokesman for Dune said employees had already christened the new restaurant 'NW Ate'.
Charlton House managing director Caroline Fry said the award of the contract demonstrated the company's operational flexibility.
"This allows us to excel within the challenging parameters of a small location as well as within the larger facilities upon which we have built our reputation.
"We are thrilled to be working with such a dynamic, innovative company as The Dune Group, and particularly so as their company ethos around employee wellbeing through healthy nutrition is so well aligned with our Wellbeing offering.
"We are also proud and excited to have turned around the restaurant mobilisation and opening in just three weeks since our appointment.
"We take our responsibility for feeding people at work extremely seriously and we strive to give our customers the very best nutrition during their working day."
