With a role dedicated to food service development across 46 prestigious hospitality accounts in London, group executive chef Jeremy is involved in chef training and development, tendering for new business and working closely with Albert Roux and Michel Roux Jnr. In 2006 he was made a member of the Academy of Culinary Arts and has adopted a primary school in Hornchurch where he teaches children about food provenance, tastes and cooking. Last year he was also awarded a 'Food Miles Hero' accolade by Farmers Weekly and is a keen member of Slow Food UK. To stay on top of food trends and get inspiration, he often works at top restaurants, including Le Gavroche, The Ivy and Claridges Hotel. He regularly teams up with Albert Roux to work closely with students and colleges.
