Aikens commented: "The restaurants in London have always been world class and I am delighted to be part of the Festival that truly celebrates the fine cuisine we have to offer. This year has been hugely exciting for me with the opening of three new venues at Somerset House: Tom's Terrace throughout the summer, Tom's Deli and most recently Tom's Kitchen.
"I have developed the menu for the festival with a range of dishes that celebrate some of the finest fare we have to offer and I look forward to welcoming diners to Tom's Kitchen throughout the next two weeks."
