

Midsummer House is linked to contractor the Crown Group and is used as a venue for masterclass training for the operator's leading chefs.
Clifford, who has been chef/ patron at Midsummer House for 11 years, will be taking to the screen again for the new series to try and progress to the final round to cook for some of the best British food producers and suppliers from around the country.
In the fifth series, the chefs compete to cook for UK producers - to honour the places providing the best seasonal produce and links with Heritage locations, along with celebrating the long running partnership between the two.
The Great British Menu will be shown on BBC Two, Mon 5 Apr at 6.30pm.

good we have some new chefs on the GBM but just love Steve Corrigan ,so get him back on as he was fun and good to watch. good menu from him always and always smiling cant wait to see the new show. just love it. well done the beeb but bring Steve back.
