Chefs Keep It Clean

8th February 2010, 2:09pm

The principle supplier of cleaning and hygiene products to La Parade des Chefs and the Salon Culinaire at Hotelympia 2010 will be JohnsonDiversey.

La Parade des Chefs is a prestige restaurant section at the event for invited guests and VIPs. Each day two teams of specially selected chefs will each prepare 100 covers, making it one of the busiest "fine dining" experiences in London for the duration of the event.

The Salon Culinaire is a series of 85 competitive food preparation classes which will involve more than 400 participants.

JohnsonDiversey will supply a range of Suma kitchen cleaning products supplied as concentrates for use with its Divermite dispensing platform. These products will be used for tasks such as sanitising hard surfaces and food preparation areas, dishwashing and oven cleaning.

"The combination of Suma and Divermite is popular with many restaurants who want to achieve all of the sustainable benefits of concentrates in a simple and economical format," says Gemma Haslam of JohnsonDiversey.

"Hotelympia is focusing on sustainability more than ever and this fits in well with our own commitment to provide professional chefs with the very best products to deliver exceptional cleaning performance with reduced wastage, less packaging and fewer chemical miles.

"We are committed to a cleaner, healthier future and our products, systems and expertise make food, drink and facilities safer and more hygienic for consumers and for building occupants. We have sales into more than 175 countries."
