Chefs urged to take part in Hospitality Action Week

17th May 2010, 10:28am

Hospitality Action is calling all chefs to get behind the Hospitality Action Week charity by adding recipes to its menu.

Top chefs such as Nathan Outlaw of St Enodoc hotel and Great British Menus, Martin Burge of Whatley Manor, Andrew Fairlie of Gleneagles and National Chef of the Year winner Simon Hulstone of The Elephant in Tourquay have donated a series of recipes to help chefs across the UK get behind the campaign.

Penny Moore, chief executive officer of Hospitality Action, said: "Nathan, Andrew, Simon and Martin run some of the best restaurants in the country and you could have one of their dishes on your menu this HA Week.  We're asking you to help the industry charity by featuring one of their recipes and donating a percentage of takings to HA."

Other ways to get behind HA Week include a prize draw for a free meal and cake sales.
