Under the new £5 million, five-year contract, Lindley will be responsible for catering for the 100,000 race-goers who attend the 29 flat and jump meetings held at Chepstow – home of the Welsh Grand National – during the year.
The firm will also provide a hospitality service for Chepstow's flourishing conference, banqueting and wedding business.
On race days Lindley will provide a fine dining service in the 300-cover Silks restaurant as well as offering a selection of light snacks and hot dishes in the two public bars in the Premier and the Grandstand & Paddock enclosures.
Richard Holland, general manager at Chepstow, said: "The Lindley Group has established a good reputation within the Northern Racing Group as they already manage the catering operations at Northern Racing Group's Hereford, Great Yarmouth and Bath racecourses, and have also just been awarded the contract for Ffos Las.
"We know from first hand experience that Lindley has both the capability and commitment to deliver the quality of service we are looking to provide at Chepstow, not only for high volume public and hospitality catering on race days, but also for bespoke events at our conference centre."
