Closing date approaches for Salon Culinaire at Hotelympia 2012

Chefs have until 1 December to enter the Salon Culinaire International de Londres competition being staged at Hotelympia 2012 26th February-1st March.

Entrants can take part by visiting www.hotelympia.com/salon.

Salon director, Peter Griffiths MBE said: "Salon Culinaire promises to be one of the best ever following the success of the record-breaking event at Hotelympia 2010 when more than 800 awards were presented. 

"It is a great opportunity for chefs to show what they can do in the kitchen at a major industry event so if people are thinking about entering they should certainly not wait any longer because entries will be closing very soon." 

Additional classes have also been added to the Salon Culinaire 2012 programme which takes place at ExCeL, London.
