Families visiting Manchester's Alpine ski village will now be able to combine a session on the real snow slopes with a meal in "an authentic atmosphere".
New features include revamped Alpine décor and a "chill out" area, where visitors can relax with a coffee in front of a log fire and watch the action on the slopes from the balcony.
The refurbishment also sees the launch of a new menu, consisting of traditional Alpine specialities such as fondue and rösti. A pizza oven will form the centrepiece of the new restaurant, meaning families can watch fresh Trattoria pizzas being prepared in front of them. Costa coffee products will also be available.
Stephen Evans, chief executive of Chill Factor said: "The Mont Blanc is one of our flagship restaurants and we're really proud of the new-look dining area and menu. The Alpine specialities on offer are delicious and the themed décor has a real 'wow-factor.' Children will love seeing their pizza being freshly prepared.
