The staff feeding operation at T-Mobile's headquarters in Hatfield mean feeding 4,000 people on site as part of a seven-day-a-week business - the largest contract in the Charlton House portfolio. The general catering manager is Maureen Derbyshire, whose responsibility includes two restaurants, four Starbucks cafes, a deli bar plus extensive vending, hospitality and reception/switchboard services. The contractor's operations director for T-Mobile, Paul Hurren says: "We know that our largest contract is in safe and capable hands." Derbyshire moved to T-Mobile after two years heading the HM Treasury contract where she won the Charlton House Special Achievement Award and the in-house Unit of the Year Award for 2005.
