Commenting on the new partnership, Noel Mahony, chief executive of BaxterStorey said: "We are delighted that Fred Sirieix has created the "Art of Service PDR" exclusively for BaxterStorey.
"We continue to make significant investments in training and we are proud to be innovators in our sector through the Chef and Barista Academy. With the creation of this training tool for BaxterStorey, our staff can truly deliver best in class front of house services."
Sirieix added: "I am passionate about raising the bar within the industry and my aim is to make excellence a habit. BaxterStorey have led the way with their approach to training within the contract catering sector and I believe The Art of Service PDR will set them apart from their competitors.
"Private corporate dining service requires a unique skillset – to be as invisible as you can whilst delivering exceptional service. Through the use of the Art of Service PDR board game, this will further equip BaxterStorey staff to conquer these challenges and maintain their best in class approach."
