The newly appointed Emma Power
Power started out as a freelance chef for Gorgeous Gourmets and went on to work with The Admirable Crichton for eight years, expanding her role from cooking to food styling and menu design, after which she attained the position of development chef for Digby Trout Restaurants.
In addition, Power has held the position of product developer for Marks & Spencer, developing their in-store 'Hot food to Go' outlet and launching the concept at the Oxford Street branch with a further seven outlets following within a six month period.
Jon Pryce, managing director of Kudos Hospitality, said: "Emma Power's considerable experience within the catering and hospitality industry coupled with her passion for food and creativity give her right credentials for the job. We are delighted to have her on the team and look forward to seeing her ideas in action as she propels the Think brand."
Power added: "I am thrilled to have joined the Kudos team in what will be a varied and challenging role. I look forward to establishing a fluid brand identity for the 'Think' outlet, reinvigorate menu options and provide enhanced guidelines for waste management and sourcing of sustainable produce. I aim to stay true to the core values of the business and exceed customer expectations."
