The five-year deal, expected to be worth almost £8 million in total turnover, will see the food and venue experts deliver a range of services including: conferencing and banqueting, restaurant dining, security, reception, cleaning, portering, sales, marketing and all room maintenance services.
Aldermaston Manor features 33 bedrooms, and four conference and banqueting rooms, with capacities of up to 100 people and an additional three syndicate rooms.
The estate is managed by Serviced Office Group plc, an AIM-Listed group which owns or manages some 23 office and commercial properties, principally in the London area.
Charles Beer, managing partner, Crown Group, said: "We are really excited about this contract as it demonstrates the fact that our reputation for good food and strong sales ability is growing outside of our traditional sectors.
"Our view is that good food is good food, no matter what the venue. Our food credentials, coupled with our commercial know-how, will enable us to deliver a level of service that this historic venue truly deserves."
Michael Kingshott, chairman, Serviced Office Group, added: "We are excited to have Kudos on-board as we believe the companies will work well together to maximise the potential from the estate and transform it into a world-class business and leisure environment."
