Contract caterer Sodexo and the Little Leaners Nursery staff joined forces with HRH The Countess of Wessex to celebrate the reopening of the nursery, part of the Doncaster Deaf Trust.

Sodexo played host to HRH The Countess of Wessex, who officially opened a newly developed nursery at the Little Learners Day Nursery, part of Doncaster Deaf Trust, by providing a canapé menu fit for any royal visitor.

The Countess, who is a Trustee of the Royal National Institute for Deaf People, was treated to breakfast canapés and fruit smoothies by the Sodexo catering team, who provide food for babies from six months old, to nursery and primary school children and students attending the Doncaster College for the Deaf, under the management of Pat Metcalfe.

The Countess opened the redeveloped nursery by unveiling a plaque at the Doncaster Deaf Trust and spent time walking around the nursery, chatting to children, families, staff and trustees.
