BGL Rieber's Varithek Servocuccina offers innovative new cooking, chilling and serving options.

Varithek Servocuccina is a fully mobile trolley-based system that uses inset electric GN-sized Varithek modules to offer: -

• Food warming, grilling and griddling teppanyaki style
• Pan cooking from frying pans to boiling saucepans
• Buffet style foodservice for hot, cold and ambient foods
• The flexibility to mix/match cooking modules to meet individual requirements

Chilled options use Rieber's Thermoport insulated food transport systems combined with Rieber GN containers to create attractive, practical chilled serving options without the need for electrical supply.

Based on Rieber's Servostar trolley, Varithek Servocuccina is the ideal tool to create a highly versatile mobile food servery. Servostar comes in a choice of colours and the shelves can be fitted with coloured insets or a solid beechwood chopping board.

Supplied flat-pack or fully assembled, the Servostar trolley and three cooking modules can take up less than 1 cubic metre of space!
