Among the changes include a "revamp" of its salads, sandwich and tray bakes range, with items such as shaker salads, flat breads and "posh" cup cakes.
There will also be a daily "pizza to go with designer toppings" added for "take homes" too.
Students can also enjoy morning break with Cucina's new homemade sausage rolls, samosas, empanadas and wraps. There will also be the option of hot wraps and focaccia along with the usual paninis and pizzas.
The company has also introduced some new flavours to complement its recently introduced SUSO drinks, which they say "continue to fly off the shelves".
Cucina is also appealing to students with its Autumn Campaign 2010, entitled "Make your Wonga last longer".
Designed to promote healthier options, the campaign allows pupils who have purchased seven meals - and collected a stamp for each – to receive their next meal for free.
Steve Quinn, managing director of Cucina, said: "Cucina's philosophy is to make meals fun and help students to broaden their knowledge and appreciation of good food.
"New dishes and flavours on Cucina's offer in autumn 2010 are to make students' eating experience not only tastier, more pleasurable but also more affordable.
"Cucina also believes that eating well is crucial for students' performance and it knows how important it is to deliver good and affordable meals for every pocket."
