The three-year contract worth £25m per annum, will see DBC deliver to the whole of SSP's 168 site network across the UK and has an option to extend by a further two years.
Michael Barrett, sales and marketing director of DBC Foodservice, said: "We are delighted to have signed the collaboration agreement with SSP. It's a contract we are particularly proud to have won following a thorough tendering process which began as far back as June 2009.
"Our successful track record of supplying other travel sector caterers, such as Rail Gourmet, demonstrates our quality of product, service and operational excellence.
"Each year we will supply 2.5 million cases of dry, frozen and chilled products as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. The size and significance of this contract represents another major step in our growth and development, and fully justifies the investment we have made in our latest facility at Darlaston."
In addition to securing SSP, DBC has also retained Rail Gourmet for a further three years with a two-year extension option.
