Elior team at Imperial War Museum scoop tourism award

The Elior on-site team at the Imperial War Museum Duxford is celebrating success having won the Business Tourism award for the East of England 2009.

An important category in the Enjoy England Awards for Excellence, the Business Tourism award is presented to businesses in the corporate sector, such as event and exhibition venues, that demonstrate high standards of service.

Winning this award automatically puts the Elior team at the Imperial War Museum Duxford on the shortlist for the national Enjoy England Awards for Excellence 2010, which will be announced next year.

Adam Elliott, managing director of Concessions, Elior UK said: "The recognition that this award gives to the excellence of the Elior team at the Imperial War Museum Duxford is fantastic and well deserved.

The conferencing and events facilities at the Imperial War Museum Duxford include two venues – the American Air Museum in Britain and the £25million AirSpace Exhibition and Conference Centre – that provide the perfect environment for all corporate event needs, including conferences, corporate presentations, team-building activities and dinner dances.
