Eurest wins £360k contract

The Macaulay Institute, Aberdeen has awarded caterer Eurest a three-year catering services contract worth £360,000 in total turnover.
The contract sees Eurest provide a restaurant service and hospitality to up to 285 employees at the land use research institute's site in Aberdeen.
Eurest is introducing deli sandwiches, salad boxes, more grab and go items for busy employees and freshly baked pastries.
There are also more healthy offers to choose from, and Eurest will be introducing its Balanced Choices programme – using icons and information cards to help customers easily identify healthy eating and lifestyle choices.
The employee restaurant will be open for breakfast and lunch.
Getting the day off to a start is a choice of hot filled rolls or a healthy bar incorporating cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruit.
For lunch there are plenty of hot favourites on the menu, including chicken tikka masala, oriental honey roast pork or fish and chips.
Hospitality, including finger and fork buffets, is available to order for meetings and special functions.
