FutureChef students head back to the kitchen

18th September 2008, 10:18am

Four student chefs have been selected from the FutureChef programme to literally go 'back to the kitchen'.

Each young chef will be responsible for one course in the four-course banquet, which will be led by Restaurant Associates executive chef, Andy Aston, along with a team of Compass Group chef mentors.

The line up of young chefs are Anestta Guishard from Haringey sixth form centre, Michael Morton of Abbs Cross School, Richard Jee at Radcliffe College, and Luke Thomas at Connahs Quay High School.

Tickets, priced at £80 each plus VAT or £900 for a table of 12, must be booked before the 25th September.

Those interested in attending the event must contact Shani Leavesley at Springboard UK on 07976 610 055 or book online at www.futurechef.springboarduk.net/back-to-the-kitchen/booking-form/

The event will be taking place on 21 October from 6.30pm until 11.30pm at the Institute of Directors in London.
