HACCP short course for hospitality managers

A two-day short course will be taking place next month in Eastbourne to provide practical, advanced training to food establishment managers on developing their own hazard analysis critical control point based food safety management plan (HACCP).

The session, 'HACCP for food service establishments' is being held at the university's new Culinary Arts Studio at Greynore 2, Darley Road, Eastbourne on 9 and 10 June, and will be led by Professor Svetlana Rodgers, who has researched into scientific and technological solutions for food preservation and storage.
