Green-Buckley, who had previously worked for chemical giants ICI, Zeneca and BASF, joins the company at an opportune time. She will oversee the 300-strong workforce and play a key role as the company embarks on a period a strategic growth, building its profile within the UK catering and retail marketplaces.

 

Lyons' CEO Ole Norgaard said that Green-Buckley's people management experience and ability to motivate and inspire was key to her appointment: "In joining our senior management team, Sharon will be spearheading our investment in talent over the coming 12 months.
