Harrison Catering wins university contract

Harrison Catering has been awarded the contract for catering and vending services at The University of London, which will start on the 8th September 2007.
The contract comprises eight Halls of Residence, various restaurants and outlets in the academic buildings and a hospitality service.
A spokesperson said: "It is a hugely significant contract gain, being our first University and adding around £4m to our annual turnover."
Just recently in the London Borough of Bexley, Harrison's was awarded it's fifth group schools contract in five years. The 55 primary and special schools in the contract, with a combined annual turnover of £1.25m, began on 3rd September.
In Hampstead, London the award of South Hampstead High and Preparatory School for Girls, and St Mary's Preparatory School. Both contracts started at the beginning of September.
The spokesperson continued: "Our business with Carphone Warehouse continues to grow, with the openings earlier this year of two more sites and another one planned for later this year. With an extremely busy period ahead mobilising new contracts, and an active sales pipeline, we have every reason to believe that we are on course for a record year."
