The three year deal for the independent caterers will see three Charlton House staff manage the services to 900 Haymarket employees on site.
The contract is unusual in that there aren't any cooking facilities on site. Instead, Charlton House provides freshly ground coffees and speciality teas, a range of sandwiches on speciality breads, home-made granolas, savoury deli pots and snacks such as mixed seeds and nuts, all of which are branded with bespoke labelling for Haymarket.
As in all of Charlton House's 150 staff restaurants nationwide, the focus is on fresh, quality produce and healthy eating.
Liz Cummins, Charlton House's business development manager, said: "Due to our wide range of suppliers, we have been able to choose some fantastic companies to work with us to deliver deliciously fresh and healthy food to Haymarket on a daily basis. We also offer our own range of 'Well Being Being Well' products to ensure that the path to health and nutrition for Haymarket employees is as simple as stepping into their staff restaurant."
