Hospitality 2011 returns and is set to be “bigger and better”

29th September 2010, 9:49am

Hospitality 2011, which is taking place at the NEC Birmingham on 24th-26th January, is set to welcome a 12,000 strong nationwide audience through its doors.

The show covers food & drink, equipment, interiors, exteriors & tableware plus technology.

Toby Wand, group event director at Fresh RM, commented: "Hospitality's aim is to offer operators practical help in how to make their businesses work harder. Our seminar programme will include advice from people who have been through difficult times and come out the other side, or have simply found a winning formula that has helped their business to flourish.

"Hospitality 2011 will share experiences, offer guidance and showcase invaluable solutions to help its visitors build a better business."

Other highlights of the show include the Salon Culinaire and The Speciality Food Pavilion.

Hospitality exhibitor Nigel Crane from Essential Cuisine added: "Hospitality forms a key part of our marketing plan for 2011, and in the past we have found that the show meets our objectives of both meeting new chefs and picking up with our existing customers. We are particularly looking forward to a buzzing Salon Culinaire."

Companies interested in exhibiting at Hospitality 2011 and getting in front of key, senior decision makers should contact Andrew Pantelli on 020 7886 3055 or look at www.hospitalityshow.co.uk for further information.
