Hospitality returns

Next year’s Hospitality event, kicking off from 19-21 January at Birmingham’s NEC, is set to showcase over 300 exhibitors and welcome over 14,000 visitors through its doors.

Everyone from chefs to contract caterers, senior management to technology buyers and designers will be attending the event.

 

With two integrated shows – Careers in Hospitality and Hostec Marketplace – Hospitality will also be giving guests the chance to explore four different but significant areas of the industry: Food and Drink, Interiors, Exteriors and Tableware, catering Equipment and new to 2009, Premises and Facilities Pavilion.

 

The NEC will also be hosting topical discussions from key industry representatives, observe culinary skills and competitions taking part in the Salon Culinaire.
