The iconic Bonzer can opener now comes in black to help meet the demands of modern, 21st century kitchens. The latest step to change the colour of the mechanism has been implemented to "improve hygiene standards in professional kitchens". The new Bonzer Black will be officially launched by Mitchell & Cooper and feature on its stand N1416.

It Has To Be Heinz

Voted the most loved food brand in the UK and the second best food brand in the world, Heinz is set to show visitors to its Hotelympia stand S2459 just why they should use the company's products.

It is all part of the biggest combined retail and foodservice marketing campaign in five years, entitled:'It has to be Heinz', with £5m backing, through into 2011. In the spotlight will be iconic products, including Heinz tomato ketchup, cream of tomato soup and the ever popular Heinz Bean.

Biozoon on Display

Cream Supplies has added the new, comprehensive range of molecular ingredients and kits from German company Biozoon to its range. These and other brands, including El Bulli's Texturas, Kalys and Cuisine Innovations will feature on stand N1420. The company will also be demonstrating the Mypress Twist fully portable espresso coffee maker that "provides solutions for in-room hospitality, fine dining or bar service".

Spotlight on New Chef

Nestlé Professional is unveiling a brand new Chef product range, which visitors to stand S2336 will have the chance to sample while watching live product demonstrations. They can also learn about upcoming market trends and the latest seasonal recipes to try in their own catering outlets. The Chef brand is backing the Salon competition and the winner will be invited to a named event at the O2 Arena in London as a Nestlé Professional guest.
