Inspire Catering awarded new contract

2nd September 2008, 9:18am

Inspire Catering has been awarded a new contract from Falck Nutec, who has received a great deal of positive feedback on the quality of food and the overall ambience of the restaurant from their customers, students and staff.

Inspire Catering was launched in February this year by David Pease, formerly Managing Director, Scotland and Ireland for Sodexo and business partner Lorna McFarlane.

They are environmentally sustainable, using local Scottish and seasonal produce and organic, free-range and fair-trade products wherever possible.

A spokesperson for Falck Nutec explained why they picked Inspire: "Being a small company, the Inspire Team demonstrate their personal approach to running the contract at every opportunity. The owners of the business are heavily involved in the daily operations. It is this customer focused work ethics that confirms our decision as the right choice to award our services to Inspire."
