The services will operate from a purpose-built development 'the Club' which will provide interlinked services meeting college curriculum demand while trading on a commercial basis and incorporating academic requirements. The service requirements of the 'business model' are 'residences and catering (including training restaurant)', 'health and fitness', leisure and spa', 'hairdressing and beauty therapy'
