The 10 year deal will see Kudos maintain the venue's seven bars and provide catering for the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall event spaces.
Kudos is also considering plans to invest around £150,000 revamping the on-site restaurant, improving the Green Room Café Bar and investing in equipment which will help boost productivity.
Robert Sanderson, managing director, Royal Centre Nottingham, said: "We are delighted to be entering into this partnership with Kudos Hospitality, combining their expertise in delivering quality catering with the Royal Centre's expertise in providing top quality arts and entertainment. It is a very positive public and private sector partnership."
