The deal, which commences in January 2012, will see Kudos extend its existing relationship with the HAC at Armoury House, its City-based headquarters.
Home to the oldest regiment in the British Army, the HAC has its own members' restaurant and, throughout the course of the year, hosts events in its many function rooms and on its six acre grounds.
Led by head chef Graham Strong, Kudos will continue to provide authentic British menus for events ranging from corporate banquets in the Prince Consort Rooms to barbecues on the grounds and weddings in the Long Room.
The food and events experts will also continue to manage the members' restaurant, providing an à la carte menu to members and their guests on a daily basis.
Jon Pryce, managing director, Kudos, said: "Anybody who has been to the HAC will know what a truly unique venue it is. We are very proud to continue preparing a high standard of British food that is fitting for this remarkable place.
"Our relationship with the HAC has always been based on a mutual desire for quality British menus; it is this collective passion that makes our joint venture such a resounding success."
Digby O'Lone, chief executive of the HAC, said: "I am delighted that Kudos will be continuing to provide the catering at Armoury House and I'm confident that the venue will go from strength to strength, providing top quality food and service."
